In the Divine Economy

In the divine economy
Christ is the One I need to see;
He is the Christ, Anointed One;
To dispense life, He is God’s Son.

In the divine economy
Christ has been placed preeminently;
May I give Him first place in all things,
So Christ may be my everything.

In the divine economy
Christ, seated in the heavenlies,
Is heading up the whole universe,
Redeeming all things from the curse.

In the divine economy
Christ is the one who fills all things;
He who ascended far above all,
Now fills my spirit when I call.

In the divine economy
Christ has accomplished everything;
Christ my beginning and Christ my end,
Alpha – Omega, Praise to Him!
