Luminaries in the Heavens

Our God wants to return,
He is waiting for those
Who like Joseph and like Paul
Will learn the secret
How to lack or abound,
How to trust and submit,
How to live the reigning life
And speak all that you see.

Often we are distressed,
In a pit or slavery.
But we’re not there on our own;
Jehovah’s there with us,
And He is working the most
When it seems like all is wrong,
When we are very low,
He supplies and cares for us.
